Scope
This notice covers visits to our website and general enquiries by email or telephone. It does not describe genealogical research, heir tracing or client case files; those activities require separate privacy information. This website has no contact form, user accounts, newsletter, analytics or advertising tracking.
Website access and security
When your browser requests the website, the hosting infrastructure processes technical information such as your IP address, request time, requested resource, response status and browser information. Server logs may also contain a referring address supplied by your browser. These data enable delivery of the website, fault diagnosis and protection against misuse.
The legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating a reliable and secure website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Technical records are subject to the hosting service's configured log rotation. Records needed to investigate a specific security incident may be retained until the incident is resolved and any related legal claim is concluded. You can request information about the current hosting retention settings at our privacy contact.
When you contact us
We process the name and contact details you provide, the content of your enquiry and related communication metadata to answer you and follow up. General enquiries are handled on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to correspondence (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Where you request steps towards a service contract, Article 6(1)(b) GDPR applies to those pre-contractual steps.
Providing these details is voluntary, but we need a suitable contact method and enough information to respond. Please do not send identity documents or sensitive family records with an initial general enquiry.
General correspondence that does not lead to cooperation is deleted 12 months after the last communication. This rule does not apply to client case files or information that must be retained for a legal obligation or an ongoing legal dispute. Deletion from backup copies follows the provider's backup rotation rather than immediate deletion from every backup.
Who receives the data?
Only authorised personnel who need the information to handle your enquiry or operate the website should access it. Websupport s. r. o. provides website hosting and both email mailboxes as our service provider. Its processing is governed by the applicable service and data-processing arrangements. Competent authorities may receive data where disclosure is legally required.
We do not sell website visitor data or send it to analytics or advertising platforms. We do not arrange international transfers for website tracking. Email delivery may also involve the email provider you choose. Information about hosting subprocessors, processing locations and any applicable international-transfer safeguards can be requested from us.
Your rights
Subject to the conditions in the GDPR, you may request access, correction, erasure or restriction of processing. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests because of your particular situation. Data portability applies where its legal conditions are met, including automated processing based on consent or contract. We do not make solely automated decisions or profile website visitors.
Send requests to info@reviveestates.eu. We normally respond within one month; if a permitted extension is needed, we will explain it within that month. We may ask for proportionate information to verify your identity.
You may complain to the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic, or another competent supervisory authority.

גישה לאתר ואבטחה

Your selected language is represented by the lang=en or lang=he parameter in the page address. Without that parameter, English is displayed. No language preference is stored by the website in browser storage.
